HOW DOES IT ALL WORK AT THE KIDS ROCK FUN FACTORY?
Upon arrival, parent/guardian will be asked to fill out and sign a waiver for each child. All children and parent/guardian will then receive a special identity wristband that must be worn throughout the visit.
NO CHILD/PARENT WILL BE ABLE TO EXIT THE BUILDING without exiting together. Safety is our number one concern and we want to provide our children with a safe and secure fun environment! Once inside, your child will be able to enjoy unlimited playtime in our 20,000 square feet play arena.
Although we do our best at monitoring children, we strongly encourage parents to be active participants in watching their children. When you are ready to leave, staff will verify that your child is leaving with you and will remove your wristband.
KIDS ROCK FUN FACTORY RULES & GENERAL INFLATABLE RULES
*All guest under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at least 18 years of age at all times.
Kids Rock is not a "drop off" facility.
*Children must remove shoes once entering the building and wear socks AT ALL TIMES. If you forget to wear socks we will have some for sale.
*No adults without children will be able to enter the building unless accompanied by staff at all times.
*Kids Rock Fun Factory is not responsible for lost/stolen items. We have lockers for your use, but you will need to bring a padlock if you wish to lock it. We advise you to leave all valables locked in your car or at home.
*NO Food, Drinks, Coolers, Tobacco Products, or Vapes, permitted from outside.
*Kids Rock Fun Factory is an ALCOHOL FREE FACILITY!
Only children 12 years and younger allowed on the inflatables.
Children must obey staff/referees at all times.
Children must remove any objects from their pockets before entering inflatables.
No rough play, foul language, pushing, shoving, hitting, smacking, or other acts of aggression will be tolerated. THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED and anyone participating in the above will be asked to exit Fun Factory immediately.
